If you’re anything like me and you probably are… you can use all the energy you can get!!! We all seem to have such busy lives and it’s NO fun if you don’t have the energy to keep up.
I thought my life would slow down after my 3 kids were grown… they are from 27 to 37. Well, now they’ve blessed us with 5 beautiful grandkids… it seems like we’re busier than ever. lol
We are so grateful for all the activities but obviously need to keep up our energy level in order to really be able to enjoy them.
Do your very best to stay on the same sleep schedule and try to get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.
Make sure you’re drinking enough water. The first symptom of dehydration is fatigue. And the healthiest water to drink is Kangen Water.
