Need help boosting your metabolism?

Summer is just around the corner
and I don’t know about you but…
I’m not ready to put on a bathing
suit. lol

Here are a few ideas that will help:
2.  Eat spicy food
3.  Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar (add to water)
4.  Eat protein at every meal
5.  Drink green tea
6.  30 second spurts of high intensity exercise
7.  Cut out the trans fats
8.  Eat a healthy breakfast
9.  Eat often but smaller portions
10.Make sure you get your Omega 3 fats

And here are foods that will help

Always remember, the goal is to be
fit and healthy NOT skinny.  It’s not
worth sacrificing your health just to
be skinny.
